HANDS-ON. Celebrate just some of the wonderful things that gluten can create. Participants will make four different types of dough and perfect their techniques as they griddle, pan-fry and bake them to perfection. Our staff will have tasty accompaniments ready to sample with each item. Come to class with your sleeves rolled up and ready to knead: Chile Garlic Naan served Kolhapuri Vanghi; Flour Tortillas Smeared with Butter & Salt; Pizza Dough Made into Mini Pizzas; and Pate-A-Choux turned into Cream Puffs. We made Naan, Flour Tortillas, Pizza and Cream Puffs, so as you can imagine, we left full and blissfully in love with gluten!
