Learn to make the soft and tender dough for fruit and cheese kolaches and rolled sausage klobasniky. Students will work in teams to make the dough and while it is proofing, a pre-made dough will be used to start making the kolaches. Everyone will leave with a variety of sweet and savory treats to take home. We are excited to have Chef Pavla teaching these Czech classics.
