Class Details
This class is a combination demonstration and hands-on practice class. Learn to make pie crust and a variety of seasonal pies. Recipes will be provided. Each student will leave with sample mini pies created in class. General Class Information All classes are held at Make It Sweet in Austin and opened to all experience levels unless noted. Register early, classes can fill quickly. Register thru our Online Store or Contact us. Payment is required at the time of registration. The class fee is refundable only up to 1 week before class date. If at anytime you are unable to attend class, please notify us in advance. We welcome kids 8 to 12 years old in our regular classes as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult. Teens are welcome to take classes independently.

This pie class is the perfect way to spend an afternoon before the holidays hit. It was a great way to bond over the season and to prep for the chaos ahead. Plus Pavla took us from afraid of attempting our own pie crust to truly understanding the saying “as easy as pie”...

Delicious Class with a Sweet Teacher

I took this class with my wife as a gift for her. She had always talked about how she could never figure out how to get her crust just right. After this class we BOTH are consistent crust makers, and we also added two new pies fillings to our toolbox. Make it sweet is a great venue for these classes as they have plenty of space and equipment. You get plenty of attention, and do most of your work on a shared table so you even get to meet some new people! Highly recommend this class for those looking to learn a thing or two about pie making.
