Join us in our studio for a very special mid-week workshop as we welcome guest artist, Priscilla Lee all the way from San Diego! In this 3 hour workshop, you will learn how to paint watercolor florals using a structured approach, with detailed instructions for each step of the process. We will begin with an overview of color theory and color value, and an in-depth lesson on different brushstrokes and watercolor techniques (both single layer and multi-layer). Then, we will put everything into practice by painting flowers. We will focus specifically on roses and anemones, but the techniques taught in this workshop are applicable to any floral subject as you continue your watercolor journey at home. All workshop students will receive a take home watercolor kit, which includes an instructional booklet, artist-grade watercolor paint and paper, two round brushes, and a handmade, ceramic palette.
